Booking Spiritual Direction

Introductory conversation.

We meet informally via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet, with spiritual direction sessions typically lasting around an hour. I offer an initial, no-obligation introductory session for £25 / $35, giving us a chance to explore your needs, get to know each other, and for both of us to see whether I’m the right spiritual director for you (there are many excellent practitioners in this field). There’s no required commitment, some people prefer just one or two conversations, while others choose to continue over the short or long term. You decide how often we meet.
